Luca Marchiori is a food writer, editor, and teacher based in the Tuscan village of Caprese Michelangelo, Italy. Born in Venice, and raised in England, Luca lived in the UK, Switzerland, and France before coming back to rest in his native country. As well as this blog Luca is a contributor to various websites including Tuscanycious! the official website of the Tuscan Tourist Board and Great Italian Chefs.
